3. Kenny will design a specific and unique training plan to encourage effective training in a safe way that decreases the risk of injury and produces desired results.

4. Kenny will discuss with you how to start your program and the plan of action. You'll be provided the details gathered from your movement assessment.

5. You'll schedule your next training session and be provided with a warm-up plan to complete prior to that session.

6. Ongoing support and guidance.
